WOLF customer-care SMS/MMS

When available, text WOLF at 252-888-1152 with your business inquiry or picture to request a human SMS/MMS response about that inquiry. Frequency varies. We use your mobile number, SMS/MMS messages and attachments to provide human support about your request through the private WOLF dashboard inbox. Your inbound message is consent and proof only for that requested exchange, not ongoing recurring engagement. For that same business-support purpose, an automated internal notification sends an SMS/MMS copy, including the originating customer number, message and supported pictures, to one verified operator mobile whose authorized operator expressly enrolled to receive these notifications. This is business fulfillment by the authorized operator, not distribution to unrelated recipients or affiliate marketing. Customer replies are manually sent from 252-888-1152 through the authenticated WOLF dashboard only. The operator phone copy is not a customer-reply channel; personal-phone SMS replies are not relayed to customers.
Messages, originating numbers, timestamps and photos are stored by our messaging provider, subject to its retention and service limits; the dashboard is not a permanent archive. Copies may also remain on the authorized operator phone and its carrier services, subject to their retention and safeguards. Mobile-carrier SMS/MMS transport is not end-to-end encrypted. Media, message-size and carrier limits apply; delivery of every picture or full message is not guaranteed. Consent and opt-out records are used to document permission and honor opt-outs, and are retained as needed to meet applicable legal requirements; this does not promise indefinite retention of message or photo content. Any operator-initiated nonmarketing new message requires actual prior express consent for the sender and subject; providing a phone number or having an existing business relationship is not consent.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is excluded from the general affiliate-sharing provisions above and is not transferred between brands. Service providers may process this information solely to deliver and support this program. No bulk marketing, drip campaigns, AI-generated or automated customer-care replies, or unsolicited cross-brand messages are included. Automated internal operator copies are distinct from customer-care replies.
Historical owner-only notification consent and records remain limited to that purpose; they do not enroll customers or authorize customer outreach. Customer STOP suppresses further messages to that customer except a permitted opt-out confirmation; an internal operator opt-out notice may still be generated. Operator STOP suppresses further SMS/MMS copies to that operator except a permitted opt-out confirmation. HELP or anthony@wolf.discount provides support for either recipient class. STOP does not delete inbound records or authorize unrelated messages.
